DO I NEED TO USE AN APP TO LOG MY FOOD?

Yes! Logging your food is a helpful way to gather data, which we'll use to accomplish  your goals! My clients typically use My Fitness Pal or Macros First. If you're more familiar with a different tracking app, feel free to use it!

WHAT IF I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE COUNTING MACROS?

If you’re brand-new, add on the Custom Macro Breakdown option. I’ll set your personal numbers for you and you’ll get my 11-page Macros 101 Guide FREE. It'll walk you through how to be successful!

DO I NEED TO CUT OUT ANY FOODS?

The beautiful thing about macro counting is that you can include almost anything. You'll learn to balance your nutrition and include your favorites so you can see results without feeling deprived.

ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME WHAT TO EAT?

The short answer – no. For so many reasons. The main one being you might not like the same foods that I do and eating food you don't enjoy just isn't sustainable. Buuuut, other participants will be sharing their food!

I am soooo happy to see the scale go down, and was surprised it went down by 7 pounds!! It is still blowing my mind how much I am eating with the scale moving in the right direction! 

I have really been enjoying this! So far, this seems so much more sustainable than other diets I’ve been on before! I’m excited to keep seeing progress as I keep going!

A little background:

Growing up I had AWFUL eating habits (hello chips & soda!) and felt lousy in my skin

In high school I decided to make some changes using Weight Watchers. Through shifts in my eating (ex. swapping mayo for mustard), I lost almost 40 lbs.

I was conscious of my nutrition during the seasons of collage, my 20's, newlywed life and through my first pregnancy, but I never found an eating framework that gave me the results I wanted..

Fast forward to 2016. With a one year old and 4 months of Burn Boot Camp (IYKYK) under my belt, I felt good in my postpartum body. Yet, the enneagram 3 in me wondered what I could accomplish if I really dialed things in.

I started macro counting and within 6 months I dropped 15 lbs.  I was amazed at the changes my body made when I provided it with the right formula of food! At 30 years old, I was in the best shape of my life!

My love for nutrition exploded, leading to a PN1 cert. Now I'm here to help YOU make the nutrition changes necessary to achieve your goals. My personal experience, nutrition knowledge, passion for helping others will set you up for success & results!
